This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas, single deck, standard cavity depth, 50,000 BTU of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
