How do I place an e-commerce order?

Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are! We mostly stock items used by the Restaurant Industry, but we also carry many items that can be used in your kitchen at home to make you feel like a rock star Chef! 

What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks.  If you want to apply for terms on your account, we welcome you to fill out a credit application.  Click here for an application.  You can email it to ar@rosesequipment.com for approval. 

How do I get a copy of a past invoice?

If you have signed up on our eCommerce shopping site, you can view past Invoices under your order history.  If you can’t find what you are looking for, please call our Accounting Department and they can help find the correct Invoice you need.

How do I return an item?  

See our Full Return Policy and instruction on our “Return Policy” tab.

How do I buy or redeem a gift card? 

Call or stop by to purchase a gift card! Redeem a gift card at our showroom as your method of payment.

Do you offer discounted pricing on large quantities or multiple product orders?

Yes, we are happy to quote pricing and work with your business on large orders.  Call one of our experienced Sales Representatives to receive a quote. 

If I don’t see what I am looking for on your website, can I still get it from Rose’s Equipment?

We have access to many Industry Manufacturers and Products.  Call one of our experienced Sales Representatives to inquire and get a quote.  (503) 233-7450

Do you offer net terms?

We offer net terms to qualifying business.  Click here for a credit application.  Return it to your Sales Representative or email it to ar@rosesequipment for approval.
