Return Policy

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an in-store credit or merchandise exchange, provided the item(s) are in original, re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be in the original packaging and/or have a non-damaged UPC code labels in order to receive a full credit. Rose’s Equipment has the right to determine such conditions and give credit amount based on this determination. In the event an exchange item needs to be delivered, the returned item must be received before the exchanged item can be delivered.

Non-Stock and Special-Order items are returnable with the following conditions:

  • Return must be pre-authorized by the original salesperson who sold the item.
  • Return authorization must be received by the Vendor before we can give you authorization to return the item to us. In the case where they will authorize the return, the customer is expected to pay the restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchased price. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping expense. Please note that this process can take up to 72 hours to determine.

Rose’s Equipment will not honor returns for Custom built equipment of any kind.
